Four "I Forgive You" Promises WEEK 10 - PART 2

How are you doing with your Bible memory? This week's verse is a familiar one. Can you say it from memory?

Be kind and compassionate to one another,

forgiving each other,

just as in Christ God forgave you.  

Ephesians 4:32

What do you think it means to forgive just as Christ forgave you?

In our last lesson we learned what forgiveness is not. And then we copied a rhyme into our notebooks about what forgiveness is.

Look on page 8-6 and 8-7 of your Workbook. Read through the pages to learn about true forgiveness. Then answer these questions (or fill in the blank) in your notebook on the next clean page.

We need to remember that forgiveness is a choice. We decide with our minds to forgive and then in time our hearts catch up to our minds.
